1. Under NO circumstances will this kitten/cat, or its offspring be sold, leased, or given to any pet shop, research lab or similar facility.

2. Adequate INDOOR sanitary facilities will br provided and this cat will NOT EVER be allowed to roam freely outside.

3. Buyer promises to provide this kitten/cat with veterinary care and bear the cost of such care for the duration of the cat’s life. The buyer agrees at a minimum to have the cat examined by a veterinarian at least once a year and the cat’s annual vaccinations kept up to date.

4. If kitten/cat is sold as a pet, it is agreed that the pet must be spayed or neutered by the age of eight (8) months of age. CFA papers will be forwarded to the purchaser after receipt of spay or neuter certificate. If this is not completed and a Veterinarian Certificate does not attest to this procedure, purchaser agrees to pay an additional Fifteen Hundred ($1500.00 USD) to the seller for breach of this item and the pet shall be considered a breeder.

5. This kitten/cat is in good health at the time of placement.

6. This kitten/cat is guaranteed against Feline Leukemia and Feline Aids providing that the purchaser has the kitten/cat examined and tested by a veterinarian within 48 hours. This kitten/cat is further guaranteed against for the following for a period of one (1) year from date of birth.

*Feline Heart Disease (not including heart murmurs for pets).

*F.I.P.(Pets for one (1) year, breeders for 60 days from receipt of kitten/cat.)

*Panleukapenia (Pet for one (1) year, breeders for 60 days from receipt of kitten/cat).

7. Should a vet diagnose the kitten/cat with any of the provisions listed in sections 4 and 5, a kitten/cat of equal quality and price will be given as soon as available. Under no conditions will the seller give cash refunds (seller reserves the right to a necropsy) All medical exams and tests are the responsibility of the purchaser regardless of results. No medical care is authorized or will be paid for by the breeder.

8. All monies and deposits received are non-refundable. If purchaser can no longer take care of the kitten/cat, purchaser agrees to offer back the kitten/cat to POINTEDPURRS. No money will be refunded but if POINTEDPURRS is able to re-sell the kitten/cat, POINTEDPURRS may then refund a portion of the amount paid. This is up to the discretion of POINTEDPURRS.

9. It is agreed that this sale is taking place in the State of Pennsylvania, USA, and that this contract will be interpreted pursuant to the law of the State of Pennsylvania, USA and that any legal issues are to be handled in the court system of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA.

10. POINTEDPURRS includes the following vaccines: 6, 9, and 12 weeks of age, Feline Rhino, Calici, Panleukopenia and Chlamydia (killed vaccine). All other vaccines are considered optional and are not covered by the breeder.

11. This kitten/cat will not receive the FeLV or FIP vaccines until scientific studies prove them to be safe.
